Modules typically include: oil and gas law (contracts and liabilities); international and transnational aspects of oil and gas law; international commercial arbitration; law of intellectual assets management and transactions; law of the sea; law of international trade; charter parties (law and practice); the law of marine insurance; law and practice relating to international banking and commercial payments.
