Students can explore software engineering through our postgraduate course even if you have no previous software development skills;. students learn how to plan, manage and deploy software projects, and use appropriate processes to manage a software development project from inception to deployment.

Entry requirements

Applicants require a 2.2 Honours degree (or above) with a technical aptitude or significantly documented relevant industrial experience.

Course modules

Modules include: Agile project management; Master's project; object oriented programming; pattern-driven development; research methods for computing; software engineering processes; systems analysis and design.
