This programme allows students to specialise and develop expertise in business and commercial legal issues; it gives students flexibility and autonomy to allow them to develop their own areas of interest within the area of business law.
Minimum 2.2 Honours degree in a legal or related discipline or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5.
Core modules include: Business law; contemporary legal issues; dissertation; legal theory in context. Optional modules include: comparative law and criminal justice; criminal law; European responses to crime; international law; medical law.
Assessment methods include: Individual presentations; peer review and assessment; research proposal; reflective practice; written assignments; dissertation.
