Effective Learning and Teaching
This course provides the opportunity to: learn about critical perspectives on teaching and learning in classrooms; experience active and collaborative approaches to teaching and learning in learning communities; access tools and opportunities for enquiry into student's own and others' professional practice; take part in challenging, invigorating and thought-provoking discussions.
An Honours degree and normally at least 2 years� teaching experience.
Modules include: Guiding effective learning and teaching; investigating research.
Assessment is by coursework assignments (including individual and group assessment tasks) and a 20,000-word dissertation or 10,000-word report.
