Course modules

Core modules: medical imaging (ionising); magnetic resonance imaging and biomedical optics; ultrasound in medicine; clinical practice; programming foundations of medical image analysis; information processing for medical imaging; image processing. Options: Students choose one of the following: computer-assisted and therapy; computational modelling for biomedical imaging.

Assessment methods

The programme is delivered through a combination of lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practical sessions, hospital visits, and an research project.
