This programme brings together specialist expertise from across UCL to bear on challenges that current and future healthcare leaders face in managing healthcare delivery and innovation.
A minimum of an upper 2nd Class Honours degree from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard in any subject. A minimum of 3 years of work experience is expected.
Accounting; contemporary topics in healthcare management; leadership and organisational behaviour; technology and operations management; health economics; health strategy and innovation; health systems, policy and financing; marketing (social cause drive); medical devices regulation; patient safety and clinical risk; using information in healthcare management.
The programme is delivered through an innovative combination of interactive lectures, practical cases, break-out sessions, role play, virtual learning, consultancy project, and insights from thought leaders in healthcare. Assessment is through a combination of coursework, examinations, presentations, and the consultancy project.
