Developmental and Educational Psychology
A minimum of a 2nd Class Honours degree from a UK university, or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard, that has been accredited by the British Psychological Society, is required, either in psychology or related subjects that qualify for accreditation.
Core modules: Methodology and statistics; qualitative data analysis. Options: Development psychology, or personality and social psychology, or cognitive development and learning; social development, or core topics in psychology of education.
Assessment is through coursework examination. Coursework involves small exercices conducted throughout the module, critiques of set research articles and extended pieces of writing on set topics and the dissertation.
