Infection and Population Health

Research areas include: behavioural science and HIV: reproductive issues, suicide, bereavement, prevention of transmission, ethical and legal aspects of living with HIV, policy; clinical (genito-urinary medicine), epidemiological and behavioural research; epidemiology: prevention and treatment of infections (especially HIV and other sexually transmitted infections); large treatment cohorts: mechanisms of action and the impact of multi-drug anti-HIV therapy.

Entry requirements

A minimum of an Upper 2nd Class Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard; a relevant Master's degree is desirable.
