Normally an upper 2nd Class undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline from a UK university or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard.
Core modules: International macroeconomic policy; interrogating boundaries workshop; language module; political analysis; quantitative methods or understanding and analysing data. Optional modules: A selection of SSEES modules from the relevant track.
Assessment is by written examination, coursework and dissertation; language courses involve an oral examination.
