Commercial Management in Construction

The programme aims to give construction and or surveying graduates the opportunity to specialise in the important and developing field of commercial management in construction. It is designed to provide you with systematic and comprehensive postgraduate specialist training in commercial management in construction; skills and expertise to enable you to develop and apply appropriate techniques to function effectively as commercial managers or to enhance your career in that role.

Entry requirements

Applicants should normally possess an Honours or non-Honours degree in an appropriate construction and [or] surveying related discipline from a University; or from an institution of another country which is recognised as being of an equivalent standard; or an equivalent standard in a Postgraduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma, Graduate Certificate in an appropriate construction and [or] surveying related discipline or an approved alternative qualification and satisfy the University's general entry requirements including evidence of the required level of numeracy (GCSE grade C or equivalent).
