Research interests in 3 main areas: interpersonal and organisational communication; health and clinical communication; language and communication; supervision available in the following areas: advertising; auditing internal and external communications; communication skills training as a instructional paradigm; counselling; cross-community communication; discourse analysis; health communication; intercultural communication; interpersonal communication in healthcare delivery; non-verbal communication; organisational communication; political discourse; political lobbying; pragmatics; public relations; self-disclosure; sociolinguistics; speech and language therapy.

Entry requirements

Candidates should possess a first or upper second class Honours degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject of study.
