The course is structured around 7 modules each lasting 3 days and 1 5 day module is delivered at the Wallace E. Carroll Graduate School of Management, Boston College; all other modules are delivered at the University of Ulster, Jordanstown campus.
Applicants will have significant budgetary and/or people management experience gained over at least 5 years in a senior managerial role; applicants will normally hold an Honours degree or equivalent professional qualification.
Course work in the form of an assignment of 3-5000 words after each module; the assignment usually requires the student to address a question that probes the knowledge and understanding of the topic as it applies to their organisation and to make innovative and creative recommendations to solve the issues that may arise; the dissertation is the final piece of assessed work.
