Ministry, Leadership and Management
This course integrates theologically rigorous exploration of Christian ministry in a changing, challenging and complex social and cultural environment together with study of the theoretical and practical knowledge of contemporary management and business leadership. Effective leadership within todays complex ecclesiastical, missionary, NGOs, public institutions and private charities increasingly demands interdisciplinary skills and knowledge drawn from both these fields of study and practice. This programme provides students with the opportunity to equip themselves more fully to face such challenges. Students may study full-time, but those already involved in the exercise of such leadership, or who are looking continue to develop their existing knowledge and competencies whilst continuing in work, will find it possible to pursue this programme in an open-ended part-time fashion through a combination of short modular, flexible, and distance delivered courses.

Modules include: Business economics; operations management; accounting and finance for managers; business strategy and organisations; leadership and decision making; strategic marketing; managing people at work; managing innovation and change; essential human resource practices; consumer behaviours; talking to teams; final integrative placement and project.
