International Arbitration

International Arbitration at Aberdeen provides legal professionals and recent graduates the opportunity to undertake further legal studies and develop the arbitration skills to pursue a career in the discipline. The programme provides in depth understanding of complex arbitration across industries, legal systems and contracts. Our Graduate Diploma in International Arbitration provides an opportunity for you as a legal professional to undertake further legal studies and develop arbitration skills. It is a part time distance learning course over two semesters with an intensive two-week skills-based course in June each year. The course provides you with professional skills as well as gaining specialist legal knowledge through taught modules, enabling you to have enhanced knowledge of international commercial law and planned developments or reforms. It gives you the ability to interpret relevant legislation and case law. The programme is provided by distance learning which makes it a very useful addition to any law professional, when combined with being offered by a top law school.
