Real Estate

The real estate discipline is part of the Business School. The discipline has attracted funding from the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC), the EU, and a range of commercial and professional sponsors including the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Investment Property Forum (IPF). The research is organised in the Centre for Real Estate Research (CRER).

Entry requirements

At least a good Honours degree in real estate, economics, finance, spatial planning or a related subject. Applicants who have been educated in the medium of English are still required to meet the English language requirements (certain countries may be exempted from this requirement). This programme requires that applicants meet the 'postgraduate standard' level of English proficiency. Applicants who are in doubt about their proficiency in English should contact the British Council office or its equivalent in their country. For applicants whose 1st language is not English, it is important that their proficiency in English is good in order for them to study successfully at the University.
