Innovation and Technology Management
A good undergraduate degree (2.1 or above or its international equivalent) in engineering, management or science; other disciplines are considered, although applicants with strong numerical skills are particularly welcome. Applicants whose 1st language is not English normally requires an IELTS score of 6.5 with no less than 6.0 in each of the 4 components.1 academic reference is required. A £60 application fee is required for this programme and this should be submitted with the application.
Semester 1: creativity and design for innovation; systematic approaches to innovation; managing product development; decision analysis; management of innovation. Semester 2: international networks for production, service and logistics; engineering project management; commercialisation of new technology; innovation in networks; technology strategy and organisation. Dissertation Period: project/dissertation units.
