International Commercial Dispute Resolution Law
This course covers topics such as international commercial litigation and arbitration; the European internal market; investment treaty arbitration; and international children's rights.
LLB or Joint law degree with minimum of 2nd Class Honours. UK degree holders in disciplines other than law with sufficient and adequate legal content on the basis of individual results and experience. Applicants whose 1st language is not English should have an IELTS score of 6.0.
Advanced legal research methods; international business and corporate social responsibility; international commercial arbitration; international commercial litigation; the dissertation - international commercial and dispute resolution law; EU free trade law and fundamental freedoms; international aviation law; international employment law; investment treaty arbitration; Islamic commercial law.
Oral presentations and essays and problem questions.
