Business Administration (Marketing)
The Full-time MBA (Marketing) is a generalist programme giving students a broad knowledge of business and opening the potential as a base for a focus on marketing in the 2nd half of the programme. As such it should help students to join an employer in a variety of positions, with a natural expectation that marketing would be a preferred career route. It also gives students an appreciation of the roles of most functions within an organisation, helping them to co-operate effectively with future colleagues in cross-functional tasks.
Applicants require: an Honours degree in any discipline from a recognised higher education institution; for international students English competence of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent is required.
Modules include: marketing for managers; leading people in organisations; managing operations and projects; accounting and finance for decision makers; strategic management; marketing communications; international marketing; creativity for managers; executive devlopment programme; management practice; theory into practice project (marketing).
