International Tourism and Hospitality Management
This course looks critically at the broad range of issues which affect international tourism, hotel and hospitality management; study areas include strategic tourism and hospitality management, international marketing, human resource management, financial management for the hospitality industry, social issues, political issues, environmental issues, global issues, and a range of specialist areas of interest to the sector.
Good BA/BSc Honours degree in a field related to tourism, hospitality or the wider social sciences. Applicants whose 1st language is not English should have an IELTS score of 6.0.
