Electronic and Computer Engineering (with industrial studies)
This degree programme is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills they need to play a leading part in the future research, development and application of these technologies.
At least an upper 2nd class Honours degree from a university of high international standing. English language requirements: TOEFL (paper-based) 580, (computer-based) 230, (internet-based) 92, IELTS 6.5.
Compulsory modules: Introductory module for computing; advanced digital design; individual project. Cross Programme Options (take 3 of the following): Small embedded systems; embedded digital signal processing; computer and communications networks; advanced interactive 3D environments for virtual reality and serious games; automatic spoken language processing; image analysis and interpretation.
Assessment is by a combination of written examination and course work.
