Pharmaceutical Enterprise

This is an applied multidisciplinary course designed for entrepreneurial high-achieving individuals with ambition to take leading roles in SME pharmaceutical companies.

Entry requirements

Applicants will need a relevant degree with at least a 2.1 or equivalent to enter this programme. This can include a business or science based degree. English to IELTS 7.0 (with a minimum of 6.5 in each component) or TOEFL Internet based 95 overall with no less than 22 in any band.

Course modules

Modules include: Early drug discovery research; drug development to IND and to market; drug IP management and commercialisation; contract research organisations and drug development; the pharmaceutical SME: corporate governance, legislation and finance; funding a start-up pharmaceutical company; pharmaceutical consultancy group project; pharmaceutical enterprise; dissertation project.
