You should have at least a lower second class honours degree (2:2) in any subject (or a comparable qualification from a UK or overseas institution); applications from candidates offering other qualifications or appropriate experience are also welcomed and will be considered on a case by case basis; If English is not your first language you will also normally need IELTS 6.5 (or equivalent). If you do not have the required English level, you can study English with us from IELTS 4.0 (or equivalent).
Core modules: research methods; dissertation. Choose four from the following list of option modules: international business law; aspects of medical jurisprudence; corporate insolvency; financial and economic crime; law of international trade; medical ethics, reproduction and the law; medical negligence; public international law; banking law; collective labour law; corporate governance; employment tribunal practice ; equality law; EU labour law EU public law; globalisation, brands and marketing strategy; individual employment law; trade mark law and policy.
