Advanced Computer Animation
This programme allows students to develop their artistic and creative animation talents and their practical and technical skills.
2.2 Honours degree (or above) containing a significant component in the field computer animation and/or special effects from an approved degree-awarding body; or in any subject with sufficient relevant experience in computer animation and/or special effects. English language requirements: IELTS at 6.0 or the equivalent.
Core modules: computer animation and special effects; project (research and proposal); project (pre-production); project (production and post-production); options; motion capture; visualisation and storyboarding; build your own enterprise; computer-generated special effects; computer graphics and applications; issues in digital media; research skills and methodologies.
