Diversity Management

The course is designed for managers and practitioners in health, social care, housing, criminal justice system and other public community/voluntary sectors who are responsible for managing equality and diversity issues in their organisations.

Entry requirements

Relevant professional qualification at 1st degree level; or level 3 equivalent; in paid or voluntary employment; evidence of professional development. IELTS at 6.5 or the equivalent.

Course modules

Dissertation module; management project; systematic review; work-based project.

Assessment methods

Dissertation.
