Learning and Talent Development

This programme is designed to meet the professional and academic development needs of practitioners in the fields of human resource development, learning and development, organisational development or training who are looking to develop a more evidence based and strategic approach to their practice. Participants come from a wide range of backgrounds in national and international private organisations, the public sector and independent consultancies.

Entry requirements

A 1st degree or relevant professional qualifications. However, applications from students without qualifications possessing relevant experience are encouraged. IELTS at 6.5 or the equivalent.

Course modules

Learning theory and practice (30 credits); strategic human resource development (30 credits); approaches to learning and talent development (30 credits); consultancy, organisational development and change (30 credits); learning and talent development project (30 credits).
