This course offers clinically effective, research-based health care within student's area of specialism.

Entry requirements

Good Honours degree, or professional equivalent; access to clinical practice; 2 years' experience after 1st registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Course modules

Cervical screening (30 credits); clinical practice in cash (30 credits); developing theory in contraception and sexual health (cash) (30 credits); foundations in reproductive sexual health (30 credits); independent clinical studies (ius or implanon) (30 credits); sexually transmitted infections (30 credits).
