Extends knowledge and understanding of physical principles of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), current MRI technology, and its safe use.

Entry requirements

Candidates should be qualified radiographers with suitable experience in the area of specialism; guaranteed access to a specialist unit for at least 50 per cent of working week required.
