Clinical Pharmacy (Hospital)
The programme focuses on preparation for lifelong learning and critical thinking; students study clinical pharmacy, working in the NHS and research skills; students have the opportunity to choose an optional module to develop knowledge in an area of particular interest.
To apply for this course students need to: be working in the UK; be registered with the GPhC; have access to patients; have employer support. IELTS at 6.0 or the equivalent.
All years: pharmacist development in the nhs; foundations of clinical practice; applied therapeutics; research methods and audit; clinics in practice; aseptics in practice; dissertation.
Students funded by employer; otherwise self-funding.
