Electrical Engineering with Power Electronics
Modular course; outline includes: software and hardware design for real-time applications with particular emphasis on power electronics and control systems; course covers current advanced tools and techniques in hardware, software and digital signal processing, and combines emerging industrial applications including robotics, real-time imaging and power converters; hands-on experience in the design and implementation of power electronics and control systems is an integral part of the course.
2nd Class Honours degree in science, engineering or technology, or equivalent; relevant experience considered; candidates with relevant practical experience instead of formal qualifications may be admitted initially to Diploma with possible transfer to Master's.
