Environmental Assessment and Management

The course provides a comprehensive overview of methods for assessing and managing the environmental impacts of policies, plans, programmes, projects and organisations and the legal and institutional frameworks in which they operate; participants develop a range of communication, team-working and problem-solving skills, and gain the understanding to apply processes such as environmental impact assessment, environmental management and auditing systems in real-world situations.

Entry requirements

Honours degree or equivalent in appropriate subject with relevant experience; other candidates with substantial professional experience in environmental work are also considered; for non-native speakers of English: IELTS 6.5 overall and 6 in writing.
