Management

The Management MSc is a one-year professional taught masters degree that will prepare you for a senior role in management or a functional area of management. It is an innovative alternative to the MBA for graduates of any subject with or without work experience. The course covers the major functions of management and their integration. It includes optional specialist studies to follow your strengths and career interests, which may lead to one of the named awards linked to this programme. As you develop a broad range of management knowledge and skills, you will enhance your employability and strengthen your capacity for geographical and cultural mobility.

Entry requirements

Individual offers may vary. Degree and/or experience: normally, a good bachelor degree or equivalent is required. A degree in any subject will be considered. Work experience is useful but not essential. For non-native speakers of English: in order to benefit from, contribute to and enjoy the course, a good command of spoken and written English language is required. If English is not your first language, you will need English language proficiency equivalent to an overall IELTS score of at least 6.5, with 6 in the written test. International students whose language skills do not match the IELTS scores set out above should consider applying for this course through the Extended Masters programme at the University of Brighton's Language Institute.
