Knowledge and Innovation Management

The programme aims to develop well rounded, effective managers. The programme enables students to use the latest knowledge management techniques to bring about innovation across the entire business. The course provides students with an in-depth understanding of the management of change and the processes for successfully implementing change and an understanding of the potential use of the power of innovation to transform organisations. There is an emphasis in the course on analysis, creativity and innovation as tools to identify problems, offer solutions and to explore and exploit opportunities. Students will gain a clear understanding of how effective knowledge management can enhance and support strategic decision-making as well as the capability to lead and combine innovation and knowledge management strategies. The course is flexible so students can choose to study via a combination of evening classes and weekly blocks, depending on their specific needs.
