On the modern foreign languages (MFL) course students have a wide range of experiences and opportunities that enable students to develop and enhance their teaching skills, language skills and insight into the language learning process; this course leads to recommendation for Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
At least GCSE/ O-level at grade C or an equivalent qualification in English and mathematics; a degree or an equivalent qualification in a subject relevant to the proposed main teaching subject.
Modules include: curriculum studies (main subject specialism); education and professional studies; school experience.
