1st or upper 2nd Class Honours degree or equivalent; applicants whose 1st language is not English should have an IELTS score of 7.5.
Compulsary modules include: issues in public policy and regeneration 1; urban and environmental planning 1 and 2; research methodology; real estate development; plus options from a list including: legal issues in land use and finance; regional growth; urban economics; housing and regeneration.
Assessment is based on essays; written and oral examinations; dissertation; successful completion enables continuation to PhD study.
