International Business Law

International business law is a fast-changing and increasingly complex area; this programme provides students with analytical and reflective skills and expertise in international business law; it provides a learning experience which enables students to develop their academic ability and enhance their performance in employment and further develop their career opportunities.

Entry requirements

2nd Class relevant Honours degree and/or professional qualifications/experience.

Course modules

Modules include: Foundations of law (if non law graduates); international trade law 1; international trade law 2; international intellectual property law; plus options; dissertation.

Assessment methods

Assessment is by coursework, with the exception of the dissertation and in some modules an element of seminar performance or presentation.

Sponsorship information

Graduates of the University of Central Lancashire have a 20 per cent discount on tuition fee if self-funded; graduates of the University of Central Lancashire with a 1st Class Honours degree can apply for the Gilbertson scholarship.
