Finance and Management

The programme aims to provide participants with the opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge related to finance and management; this is an intensive course designed to fuse knowledge and empirical skills from the complementary areas of finance and management.

Entry requirements

A recognised university undergraduate Honours degree, with at least a lower 2nd Class classification, or a professional qualification deemed to be equivalent; for students where English is not their 1st language or where their degree has not been studied in the English language, a score of at least 6.5 on IELTS (or equivalent) is required.

Course modules

Modules include: Strategic financial management; international financial risk and control; financial investment analysis; accounting with SAP R/3; management theory and practice; strategic management; business environment; research methods.

Assessment methods

Within each module the assessment methods are designed to contribute to student's continuing development, giving feedback on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing periodic evaluations of progress.
