Human Resource Management/Development
The strength of this course lies in its flexible delivery and developing critical thinking skills for practical application. Through the dissertation and teaching input it provides a high level of intellectual stimulus and helps students to explore linkages between theoretical constructs and practical workplace application. Depending on the dissertation topic students may graduate with either an MA in Human Resource Management (HRM) or an MA in Human Resource Development (HRD). The course is suitable for both practicing HRM and HRD professionals and also for those who feel that people management will be a major element of their managerial career.
