Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point

The course enables students to develop the relevant knowledge base necessary for the application of current theory of hazard analysis critical control point development into practice; it introduces and develops a number of key transferable skills such as independent learning, leadership and information technology skills which are necessary to study at postgraduate level and for enhancing experience of working within hazard analysis critical control point systems.

Entry requirements

A recognised British Honours degree to a good standard, or equivalent.
