This course is specifically designed for those who have already started their careers and may be working in a wide variety of managerial, technical and professional roles and in an equally wide variety of industries, sectors and professions. It aims to provide students with a rigorous and stimulating postgraduate business and management education, one that involves students in developing alongside other experienced managers, professionals and technical specialists.
1 of the following is required: a recognised UK 1st degree or its equivalent; BTEC, HND or HNC; NVQ level 4; an equivalent professional qualification; business, managerial, professional or technical experience deemed to be appropriate for this programme of study.
Modules include: Management theory and practice; human resource management; marketing principles and concepts; accounting and finance; management environment; postgraduate study and learning.
Within each module the assessment methods are designed to contribute to your continuing development and include: Giving feedback on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing periodic evaluations of your progress.
