The course is designed to equip nurses with knowledge and skills to confront, challenge and shape the future of their practice.

Entry requirements

Registered, qualified nurse; evidence of recent professional development; overseas applicants: Must demonstrate registration/qualification in own country; evidence of recent professional development; references; IELTS 6.5 achieved within the last year; must attend pre-sessional activities.

Course modules

3 core modules, 2 or 3 optional modules and dissertation; focus can be on 1 of the 4 themes of: Practice; research; leadership; education; or mixture to suit individual requirements.

Assessment methods

Assessment methods include: Essays; presentations; reflective practice.
