All students on the programme will study the following modules: Legal research and methodology; courtroom advocacy and dispute resolution in law; research project; the remaining 40 credits will come from the following pathways which offer set modules to study. International commercial law with international dispute resolution: Corporate governance; international trade agreements with world trade organisations. International criminal law and forensics: International criminal law and procedure; criminal evidence and forensic psychology. Information technology and international communications law: Cybercrime and investigation; communication law in UK and international.
