Students develop their skills in business planning, human resource management, financial management and forecasting and information technology necessary to be a leader in health and social care settings across different national contexts. It is likely students would have worked in this sector and are seeking career progression or continual professional development opportunities.
Applicants normally have: management responsibilities for people, resources, systems and/or areas of service development; a degree level qualification or the professional equivalent; experience in managing people; 2 to 3 years of work experience; members of the course team are able to meet with you to discuss your module choices.
