International Business and Human Resource Management
A 2nd Class or higher undergraduate degree in a relevant area including: business, economics, management, human resources management (HRM), or another degree with sufficient relevant business experience and a desire to develop theoretical understanding of HRM. Applicants whose 1st language is not English will require IELTS 6.5.
Modules include: international economics for business and finance; markets, customers and marketing; improving financial performance; HRM in an international context; leading, managing and developing people; international business theory and strategy; employment law; strategic talent development; independent studies.
Assessment is mainly through coursework which ranges across formats including computer-based tests, research reports, practical activities, presentations, essays and case study analysis. Some modules are also assessed with an examination.
