Behaviour Change (Occupational Health and Safety)
This pathway was designed to support occupational health and safety practitioners and graduates interested in applied work settings. It is aimed at those who believe that health and safety cannot be seen simply in terms of 'primary prevention' but in terms of individual and organisational behaviour. Students learn about behavioural approaches to health and safety in the workplace and how to apply behaviour change models. Students will be taught by a team of expert ergonomists and psychologists and benefit from exchanges with students across the behaviour change pathways, increasing their multidisciplinary outlook on behaviour change.
A 2.2 undergraduate degree or substantial professional experience. Applicants whose 1st language is not English will need to hold IELTS 6.5.
Assessment is via coursework.
