This programme prepares students to tackle work-based challenges, using IT practically and intelligently. On completion of this programme students will be able to analyse, synthesise and evaluate those human and technology factors that are required to successfully apply information technology in industry.
Honours degree (2.2 or above); or equivalent qualifications / experience in a computing discipline. Applicants whose 1st language is not English should have IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
You'll study modules such as research methods; business analytics with statistical analysis software; database development; information technology project management; object oriented analysis, design and implementation; web technologies; independent scholarship.
Assessment is by a range of methods, such as analytical essays, reports on lab based problems, assignments using case studies, multi-task practical portfolios and presentations.
