Banking and Finance
This course allows students to study areas in quantitative methods; forecasting for business and finance; econometrics for finance; financial management of banks; emerging financial markets and investment; international business finance; corporate governance; business accounting for non-specialists; current issues in banking and finance; global risk analysis; derivatives and risk management.
A 1st degree (at least lower 2nd Class Honours degree or equivalent) in any subject which has enabled the applicant to develop analytical and quantitative skills. IELTS of 6.0 (or equivalent) if 1st language is not English.
Modules include: international banking; global financial markets; banking and financial services law; project report.
Assessment is by coursework.
