Creative Writing Scriptwriting

The course explores both the theory and practice of dramatic writing, addressing contemporary critical debates, analysing written and performance texts, and experimenting with a range of techniques in original writing. Writers develop skills in constructive criticism and creative editing of each other's writing, towards the creation of a supportive writers' network. Modules will be taught by theorists and practitioners, and will be supplemented by master classes given by visiting specialists.
