University of East Anglia UEA
Leading Innovation for Clinical Practitioners
This innovative programme will enable you to develop the academic skills required of an MA graduate whilst acquiring the competencies required of a clinical leader. You will benefit from a tripartite approach to teaching, learning and assessment between yourself, UEA and your employer. This will enable you to cultivate a comprehensive appreciation of your leadership strengths and development needs, as well as the strengths and needs of others. The course has been carefully designed to foster expertise in organising others and teamwork, decision-making, resource management, project management for service improvement, and assessment of evidence to inform new strategies and services. Throughout the course, you will maintain a portfolio which will document your progress and demonstrate your achievement with relation to the NHS Clinical Leadership Framework.
For those applying under the Health Education England contract, contract prices will apply.
