This course is designed for students whose 1st degree does not fulfill the requirements for direct entry to further graduate study, such as an MSc or PhD programme in chemistry; the course content is tailored individually for students to build on their previous chemistry background in order to prepare them for further graduate study; they have the opportunity to study organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, and biological chemistry modules within the School of Chemistry.
Applicants require a 1st degree or equivalent in chemistry or related subjects; all applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5 (with a minimum 6.0 in all skills), or equivalent.
