Human Resource Management
The course provides a sound foundation in theories, concepts and practice relevant to human resource management in the context of human capital and competencies in dynamic international markets. With the globalisation of world markets, human resource management is cutting across geographical boundaries, this programme prepares graduates to be able to face that challenge and associated complexity. Its overall aim is to develop the next generation of international human resource managers who can thrive in the highly diverse and volatile environment, where global firms are capitalising on their people to develop long-lasting competitive advantage. The degree is suited to the needs of UK and non-UK students alike, and has been designed to meet the needs of graduates who have not previously specialised in human resource management.
Funding is available both from the University and from a number of external schemes.
